Ignitara AI consulting is a done-with-you service for owners and operators of small and mid-size businesses. We meet twice a month over video and build AI tools, mainly Claude skills and workflow automations, directly in your accounts while you watch and learn. Each session removes one bottleneck. Everything we build belongs to you. It starts with a free 15-minute assessment, and ongoing work is billed month to month.

What does an AI consultant actually do for a small business?
We find the repeatable tasks that eat your week, remove steps that don't need to exist, and build AI tools that handle the rest. With Ignitara that happens live in two working sessions a month, so you learn how everything works while it gets built.
How is done-with-you different from hiring an AI agency?
An agency builds something and hands it over. We build it with you, in your accounts, so you understand it, can change it, and own it outright. When a project is too big for a working session, we also offer fixed-price done-for-you builds.
Which AI tools do you use?
Mainly Claude, including Claude skills and connectors to the apps you already use, plus workflow automation tools where they fit. We pick tools based on your business, not the other way around.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can share your screen on a video call, you can do this. We explain everything in plain language and document what we build.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The assessment is free and takes 15 minutes. The AI Co-Build program is $1,000 per month, month to month. A one-time AI audit with a written report is $999, credited toward ongoing work. Done-for-you builds are quoted at a fixed price.
How fast will I see results?
We aim to ship at least one working skill or automation in your very first session, so you should be saving time in week one.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Co-Build is billed monthly and you can cancel before your next billing date. Everything built stays with you.
Is my business data safe?
Everything is built in your own accounts and you connect your tools yourself, so we never hold your passwords. We keep regulated data like patient records out of AI tools unless your agreements allow it.
